How to Get Started with Toucan Collect
Toucan Collect makes it easy for your charity to process donations by connecting either your Stripe or JustGiving account. Here's a breakdown of both options:
Stripe Integration
To integrate with Stripe, your charity must have a registered Stripe account.
- Existing Stripe Account: If you already have a Stripe account, simply follow the steps to link it to Toucan Collect.
- New Stripe Account: If you don't have a Stripe account, you can create one easily. Donations made through Toucan Collect will be processed by Stripe and directly deposited into your Stripe account.

JustGiving Integration
If your charity has a JustGiving account, you can easily link it to Toucan Collect.
- No Stripe Account Required: With the JustGiving integration, you don't need a separate Stripe account. Donations will be processed through Toucan Collect and settled directly into your existing JustGiving account.
- New JustGiving Account: If your charity doesn't have a JustGiving account yet, you can register for one and then apply for Toucan Collect. to start processing donations.
