If your organisation already has a JustGiving account, you can apply straight away.
Don't have a JustGiving account yet? You'll need to create one before you can start accepting contactless donations with Toucan JustGiving.
To get started with Toucan JustGiving, please click the sign up link below. If you're already a Toucan Giving customer, simply log in using your existing details.

Once submitted, your application will be processed and registered with our retail network partners. Please allow up to 5 working days for approval.
Once onboarding for Toucan JustGiving is complete, you'll gain access to the Toucan JustGiving dashboard, where you can immediately start:
If you have applied for the Cash Depositing service, please allow up to 5 working days for approval. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know your Toucan Cash service is live.
Note: Fundraisers and volunteers will need the Toucan JustGiving App installed on their smartphone.
Please note that registration on the Toucan JustGiving app is specifically for a fundraising account. If you are the authorised individual signing up your charity for Toucan JustGiving, you must complete the registration process via our website.
